• We leave messages or a card  if we don't get hold of you so that you know we have called

• If we are not going to be where we said we would be within 30 minutes, we will call you to let you know.

• No action for a week?! We will call you to let you know what we are waiting on... even if we are waiting on you. Just so there is no misunderstanding as to what we are waiting for.

• Non urgent jobs - we call you each week so you know when your job will be scheduled.
